Flip it

Lets all dance!  January is behind us, February is a short month, and March brings the first breath of spring.  OH YAY!

January 2009 was the 3rd snowiest EVER here.  We had 50 (FIFTY!) inches of snow in January.   And only 4 days that reached 33 or above.  18 days that were 10 or below.  brrrrrr…..

So as we have another few days of single digit temps and more snow, I decided to FLIP IT.  That means get over it.  Get on with it.  Flip it to a positive.  Quit whining and be happy with what you have.  Make do, do without and enjoy whatever little things in life you can.  This really is my credo.  It is how I live my life most days.

So….. wanna see some pretty snow?  I bet you Aussies who have been sweating in your unusually high temps would like to cool off.  And those in California that rarely see snow?  Well, here ya go.  And for the bird lovers?  A bird or two in the mix.   Oh, came to see a quilt?  If not today, then certainly this week I will get to that.  Want to know about drilling a gas well?  I may accommodate that request this week too.

Remember, you can click on an image to enlarge it.

Great pictures, Gayle! I love the one of Woody almost falling off the wire! We are supposed to get in the 40’s here (in Iowa) tomorrow and be nice through the weekend…It has to be coming your way soon!

Gayle, the pictures are beautiful. I don’t know that I would want to live where it snows so much, but a little every once in a while would be nice.
